To give is to receive is the law of Love. Under this law, when we give our love to others we gain, and what we give we simultaneously receive. The Law of Love is based on abundance; we are completely filled with love all the time, and our supply is always full and running over. When we give our love unconditionally to others with no expectations of return, the love within us extends, expands and joins. So by giving our love away we increase the love within us and everyone gains.

Getting and Giving
It is important to remember that we all have everything we need now, and that the essence of our being is LOVE. If we think we need to get something from another, we will love that person when we get what we think we want, and we will hate that person when we do not. We frequently have Love/Hate relationships in which we find ourselves evading emotional Love. The getting motivation tends to conflict and distress and is associated only with tender time. Giving means extending one's love with no condition, no expectations and no boundaries. Peace of mind occurs, therefore, when we put all our attentions into giving and have no desire to get anything from, or to change another person. The giving motivation leads to a sense of inner peace and joy that is unrelated to time.

Baby's Choice
Did you ever think, dear Mother,
As the seeds of me you sowed,
As you breathed new life inside of me
And slowly watched me grow,
In all your dreams about me
When you planned me out so well,
When you couldn't wait to have me there
Inside your heart to dwell,
Did you ever think that maybe,
I was planning for you, too,
And choosing for my very own
A mother just like you?
A mother who smelled sweet and who
had hands so creamy white,
A tender, loving creature
Who would soothe me in the night?
Did you ever think in all those days
While you were coming due,
That as you planned a life for me
I sought a life with you?
And now as I lay in your arms,
I wonder if you knew
While you were busy making me,
I was choosing you!
Mom-to-be
Your eyes are bright and sparkling.
Your cheeks have got a glow.
Your belly's being touched and rubbed
by people you don't know.
You're craving weird, exotic foods
and calories don't matter.
You can't remember life without
an elbow in your bladder.
You're getting medical advice
from everyone you see
Welcome to the joyous days
of Motherhood-to-be.
Together We’re Perfect
Since day one we've shared something incredible, something that most people only dream of. I had been searching for you all of my life. You have made me the happiest I have ever been. You are sincere, caring, loving man, and I wouldn't trade you for the world. I am so thankful and blessed that you loved me as much as I loved you, and that you made me your girlfriend.
Today we celebrate our 22nd month and I have cherished every moment since the day we met. I love you more and more everyday. Thinking about our future fills me with anticipation and excitement. We make the perfect boyfriend and girlfriend team, and I cannot wait to bring this little angel into our world. We are going to have an amazing life together raising a family. All of our dreams are coming true..
Don’t worry about the times that we will be tight on money, I know that we can make it through and get to that place where we’ll have all we ever wanted. We have so much to be thankful for. We will just continue to lean on each other, loving and supporting one another with all of the love we have, and we will be just fine.
Our life together is already amazing, and together it will only get better and better. I will forever be grateful that you came into my life and made all my dreams come true. Together we're perfect, and I will enjoy enjoying spending the rest of my life with you. I love you more than words can say.

Life
Just remember, the same as a spectacular Vogue magazine, remember that no matter how close you follow the jumps: Continued on page whatever. No matter how careful you are, there's going to be the sense you missed something, the collapsed feeling under your skin that you didn't experience it all. There's that fallen heart feeling that you rushed right through the moments where you should've been paying attention. Well, get used to that feeling. That's how your whole life will feel some day. This is all practice. None of this matters. We're just warming up.

My First Trimester
During the first trimester my body undergoes many changes. Hormonal changes affect almost every organ system in my body. These changes can trigger symptoms even in the very first weeks of pregnancy. Your period stopping is a clear sign that you are pregnant. Other changes may include:
Extreme tiredness
Tender, swollen breasts. Your nipples might also stick out.
Upset stomach with or without throwing up (morning sickness)
Cravings or distaste for certain foods
Mood swings
Constipation (trouble having bowel movements)
Need to pass urine more often
Headache
Heartburn
Weight gain or loss
As my body changes, I need to make changes to my daily routine, such as going to bed earlier or eating frequent, small meals. Fortunately, most of these discomforts will go away as your pregnancy progresses. And some women might not feel any discomfort at all! If you have been pregnant before, you might feel differently this time around. Just as each woman is different, so is each pregnancy.

My Little Angel
Today I went to see my Obgyne to have a check up and so much happy for the result.. Finally the bleeding is gone and my baby is already safe, as I saw the hands of my little angel moving my tears fell from my eyes and I don't know why... Maybe because of excitement. I thank God for giving me this little angel that I can call my own...
To my little angel I am very much happy to have you, while I'm still conceiving you I just want you to know that me and your father (daddy Joch) loves you very much. We promise to take care of you and give you everything... Thank you my little angel for coming into our lives....

Tips to a Safe and Healthy Summer
It's almost summertime!You worked hard all ear round. Now is the time to recreate, rejuvenate, and relax. If you want to enjoy this summer, listed below are the following do's and dont's.
DOs
1. Drink more fluids regardless of your activity level.
2. Wear lightweight, light-colored, loose-fitting clothing.
3. Limit your outdoor activity to morning and evening hours.
4. Protect your skin from the sun by wearing sunglasses and a wide-brimmed hat.
5. Put on sunscreen with high SPF level, preferably 24 and up for adults and 15 for kids.
6. Visit therapy clinic for a soothing body, foot and facial massage. Aside from its therapeutic effect on your body, massage provides relaxations, balance in the body's various centers, healthy circulation and an overall manipulation of the physical form and structure of the body. Ask your therapist on the right type of massage you need.
DONT's
1. Drink liquids that contain caffeine or large amounts amounts of sugar. They actually cause you to lose more body fluids.
2. Drink very cold drinks because they can cause stomach cramps.
The Summer Heat Is On
Summer is my most favorite part of the year. Summer means long vacation, beautiful sunny weather, family trips and beach days! It is when people go places and looking for fun ways to cool down as the sun goes-a-sizzling. But BE SAFE - wherever you wish to be or whatever plans you have.This summer we are going to Boracay I'm very much excited because it is a family trip gonna spend some time with them...
Here are some water and travel tips for you guys:
WATER:
Most basic tip: Learn To swim!!!
*Swim with a buddy, never swim alone;
*Swim in supervised areas only;
*Don't mix alcohol with water. Meaning, don't swim drunk. Alcohol impairs judgment, balance and coordination; affects swimming skills; and reduces the body's ability to stay warm;
*Pay Attention to local weather and conditions and forecasts. Stop Swimming at the first indication of bad weather because water conducts electricity.
The road to safe traveling requires simple precautions.
*Be sure to have a thorough safety inspections of your vehicle by a certified mechanic before you hit the road;
*When on the road, make sure you have enough time in your travel schedule to allow for breaks every few hours;
*Don't use mobile phones while driving;
*Buckle up seatbelts;
*Put your child on the back seat. it is the safest side in case of a head-on crash;
*Keep supplies with you such as water, first-aid kit. snacks and medicines;
*Rest well before the scheduled trip;
*Say a prayer before leaving..
Have a wonderful summer everyone....
