Since day one we've shared something incredible, something that most people only dream of. I had been searching for you all of my life. You have made me the happiest I have ever been. You are sincere, caring, loving man, and I wouldn't trade you for the world. I am so thankful and blessed that you loved me as much as I loved you, and that you made me your girlfriend.

Today we celebrate our 22nd month and I have cherished every moment since the day we met. I love you more and more everyday. Thinking about our future fills me with anticipation and excitement. We make the perfect boyfriend and girlfriend team, and I cannot wait to bring this little angel into our world. We are going to have an amazing life together raising a family. All of our dreams are coming true..

Don’t worry about the times that we will be tight on money, I know that we can make it through and get to that place where we’ll have all we ever wanted. We have so much to be thankful for. We will just continue to lean on each other, loving and supporting one another with all of the love we have, and we will be just fine.

Our life together is already amazing, and together it will only get better and better. I will forever be grateful that you came into my life and made all my dreams come true. Together we're perfect, and I will enjoy enjoying spending the rest of my life with you. I love you more than words can say.

Thank You for the Past 18 Months

No word can compare
How much you mean to me
I don’t ever dare
To question the One Up There

For this love that both of us have
We both give ourselves chances
For the Love that once was not a success
We both pray that this could be

And Yes, in this time
That we journey together
As you and me ought to be
Loving each other faithfully

Months past, our love grows amazingly
Trying times we both conquered triumphantly
With GOD at our side
And He Alone in us ABIDE

I can face tomorrow
And I am ready to bear any sorrow,
Knowing that you are always there for me
Surely, we can both go through it all
Only by GOD’s Grace….only by His Power!

Happy 1 yr and 6 month anniversary to us...

Loving Too Much

Loving too much is not wrong but sometimes you also have to think about yourself try to weigh things if that person is really worth of your love. I myself had already experienced of loving too much and in the end i was the one being dumped. If this happens all we could ask from ourselves is that "why, what happened, is it not enough or where did we go wrong?" Those are just some of the questions that we keep on asking from ourselves and we can't get any answer at all.. It's hard to love someone too much if they don't love you at all..

To all women out there learn to love yourself first more than loving others. Life is so generous in it's offer of ways of doing something great. Maybe you wont get a noble prize but at your own award ceremony you can get an Oscar for a life lived after an original screenplay (yours).

And then you might switch places and be the one who is loved too much, with real conscious love...

LOVE LOVE LOVE....

What I Love About You

I love the way you look at me,
Your eyes so bright and blue.
I love the way you kiss me,
Your lips so soft and smooth.

I love the way you make me so happy,
And the ways you show you care.
I love the way you say, "I Love You,"
And the way you're always there.

I love the way you touch me,
Always sending chills down my spine.
I love that you are with me,
And glad that you are mine.

What is Love?

How do you know when you find it?

Seems everyone wants it, but no one seems to know where it lives.

How do we "know" when we've found love.....how do we define this emotion that we would trudge over mountains to reach?  We even sometimes trash perfectly good relationships in the hopes of finding more of it.  Some people even spend the majority of their time thinking about, striving-praying-hoping for and yes, even seeing psychics for predictions of when it will FINALLY be their turn at the love wheel.

After having spent years helping people decipher their relationships, I've decided the best way to understand love is to break it down into small, more manageable parts and examine the components of what it is we are all so desperately seeking.

Let's begin with the question of "How do we know for certain that we have it?"  Is it when we experience that initial rush of lust and excitement, the butterflies-in-our-stomach feeling that happens just at the mere sound of our lover's voice?  But alas, we know that can't be it as that feeling never seems to last very long.  Then we wonder, when that feeling ends, are we out of love?

If not, then why does this great feeling have to end?  Have we quit trying; quit putting in the effort to keep the energy positive in our relationships?  Or, is love a little like everything else in our lives and it's supposed to relax into a nice comfortable place for us to be. A place that while secure and safe no longer seems to be supplying those initial feelings that we have become so addicted to.

Does love grow with age and change with maturity much the same as we do?  Or, should it always leave us wanting more?  Many people would opt for the latter.

I believe that in a "perfect" world we would find our "soul mate" and fall helplessly in love with them and always be absolutely certain that he or she is the ideal person that perfectly compliments our life.  Unfortunately, this isn’t a perfect world.

So what then?  Do we settle?  And if we do settle for less than what we think is possible in a relationship, will we miss out on our soul mate?  Would he or she have been the next person we met?  You know what I'm talking about, the "what if" game.....what if I'd waited for the next person...what if I settled for something less than what I could have had....what if I'm not "in love" with the person I'm with, but rather I just love them...you know the "like a brother or sister" thing.

Yet on the other hand, if we don't settle we worry that we will let someone leave our lives that possibly were meant to be our partner, but simply failed to either set off the fireworks we had expected, or the fireworks stopped all too sudden?

Think back to your first "real" love; the one that made you feel complete and whole just being in their presence.  The one that you never questioned was the right one for you because you simply "knew" they were.  Very likely this is the one who started this whole fireworks thing.  This is the one who set our expectations so high.

I do believe that our first real love is always the most potent.  It consumes us and everything else in its way, and it is G-L-O-R-I-O-U-S........no doubt about it.  Yet with it usually comes that first heartache, and how gut-wrenching and life consuming is that?  This is the time that I believe is the beginning of the end of our loving in a natural and unencumbered way.

This first heartbreak changes us.  We, at the very core of ourselves have just experienced something so deeply profound through this experience that we can't help but become altered to one degree or another.  When you think about, it's not really that different than any other life experience, in that we are changed in the end because of having experienced it all.

So as we continue to look for that same feeling in a new love, we can't find it because the way in which we give and receive love has been altered permanently.  I believe that even if the "perfect" person were to stumble upon us, we couldn't love them like we loved the first time, because we are now different people, who love in a very different way.

Does that mean we love our new love any less?  I don't believe so.  We just love them differently.  Just because it doesn't feel as powerful, doesn't mean it isn't.  Perhaps through the wisdom of our first love we learn that we would rather love long-ly, than completely.  And perhaps we are more hesitant in the beginning, and we can't be as vulnerable and open as we were with the first love, which means we can't feel the same intensity as we did then.  It's just no longer coded within us.

I believe that the earth is constructed as a wonderful teaching planet precisely because of the emotional range that is possible here; thus, through experience and maturity our emotional range changes too.  Not because we want it to necessarily, but because it also ages and matures with our experiences.

So we have to learn that our definition of love has changed, and we must adjust our previous thoughts of how love would feel in order to ever really love someone again.

As far as holding out for that perfect person goes, I don't really believe that there is only one perfect person, one "soul mate" so to speak.  Instead, I believe there are many potential people who will enter our lives that we may choose to love and build a relationship with, but it is always up to us if we do so.  Fate and Destiny will provide the opportunity, perhaps even the initial encounter, but the outcome is always our choice.

The idea of a "soul mate" coming to rescue us from our hum-drum life is tempting and exciting, but doubtful at best. Besides who wants to be rescued from their life, their lessons and their growth?  What kind of life would that be?

I also believe that at when you leave your current relationship in search of this perfect other, that you very well will come across another one.  In fact, I believe there is always someone else out there for you.  But don't fool yourself; everyone comes with their own karma, strengths and weaknesses.  We all have a little baggage in tow.  No one is really your White Knight unless you believe that they are.

Yet at the same time, I know that if you stay with someone simply for security and familiarity, then you may always feel like you have settled for less than what you could have had.  And in all reality, you may have.  But I know for certain that if you feel like you have settled, then you will live the rest of your life feeling like you have settled, and that's no way to live.

My idea of a "good" relationship is one in which it begins by your loving each other. Too many people pick apart their love by trying to categorize it or by constantly internally questioning am I "in love" or do I just love them?  My belief is that if you love someone, then you love them.....period.

The fancy whistles and lights are so much less than they are cracked up to be, and in truth, are probably nothing more than your hormones going a little wacky.  And that won't last, this we know for sure.  In fact, if those initial feelings did last, I think it would eventually kill us all.  Our bodies aren't equipped to handle so much adrenaline for very long.  Or, at the very least we would completely burn out on the thought of being in love, as the burden of always be overwhelmed and out-of-control would be far too much for anyone to carry.

In my opinion, a good relationship is comprised of a few very simple ingredients.  Those being as follows; I believe if you love someone, if you respect them as a human being and how they try to live their lives, if when you think of "home" you think of them.....and as Dr. Phil might say, when you need a soft place to fall, you know they'll try their best to be that for you.  Then, you just might be onto something valuable.

I believe love grows more full bodied (no pun intended) and deeply soulful with age.  And that a love that can endure hardships of any kind and keep on running, even when you are not diligently steering the wheel, is a good love.

While we are here on this earth we need someone to help us through our difficult times, and so many loves fall apart during those very times.  So when you find one that doesn't, you just might want to hang onto it.

Love is a state of mind.  It is a commitment you make to always try to love that person, regardless of whether they are experiencing their high times or their low.  It is as strong as steel, as reliable as the setting sun, and as deeply responsive as you choose to make it.  It is special, a gift and a blessing.

Yet with all that said, love does end sometimes.  I believe that divorce is not always the only option, but sometimes it is necessary.  I believe there are times that we are put here to be with a certain person, but only for a while.  Then, when the lesson they have come to teach us is learned, or the karma repaid, we may need to move on.  Only you can know this, but try to be honest with yourself.  Don't allow yourself to upset the apple cart just because the grass may be greener somewhere else.  Quite often that's only an illusion anyway.

I have found that when divorce is really necessary, I know it.  I don't think it or have to debate it....I KNOW the relationship is over because I don't love that person any more.  I care for them and wish them the very best in life, but I can feel with absolute certainty that it's time to move on.  I believe love is honest in that way.

I've found that the lasting loves are the ones that just keep on going and allow you to focus on other goals and areas of learning, while remaining deeply supportive and protective.

Personally, I always do a little test.  I close my eyes and try to picture my life 5 years from now both with and without my current partner.  I notice what I'm doing, feeling and who is around me.  If 5 years from now I find my life is good and full with this person, then I'm going to try to hang onto and feed our relationship.  If not, if it's full of arguments, resentments, lies, abuse, whatever....then I cut my losses. Love should never cause more pain than happiness....this I am sure of.

Love isn't always as obviously grand and spectacular as so many would have you believe.  But even in the longest of relationships, there are moments, brief as they may be, that you do "feel it" again.  You look at your partner and the butterflies take hold.  This is when you know, you're indeed onto something special.

What I know for sure about love is this; I believe that love is always worth the risk, and if you don't give love, the receiving is not nearly as fun.  I also believe that in the end, living a loving life is really the only thing that matters. And lastly, I believe that being in love is very simple.  Its people that make it complicated.

For those of you who are currently in a relationship, appreciate the fact that you have someone who loves you and work each day to love them more, instead of looking for reasons to love them less.

For those of you who aren't in a relationship,  I've often found that once you stop needing love, once you quit frantically searching for it, it seems to find you.  Can't say I know why this is true, only that it is.

My hope for you is that you love often and largely.  I hope you don't harm your love by looking for its imperfections.  And I hope you understand what a gift it is to feel such an intense emotion...appreciate it, nurture it and above all, share it.

This is what I know about love

How To Know When It’s Really Love?

Since the very dawn of time women have questioned real love. In the beginning of a new relationship everything seems perfect. You can’t stop thinking about him, you want to be with him constantly and then, slowly, life begins to invade your newfound happiness. You begin to wonder if you truly love this man that you seem to have been so taken with. You begin to dread seeing him and may even wonder if you want to keep him around at all. So how do you know when it’s really love that you are feeling?
First of all you should understand that often what we conceive as love is simply us falling in love with our own fantasy. We fantasize about love. Women begin dreaming of love at a very young age and we often have in our minds exactly how we perceive love to be. Once we find it we are often confused by the reality of it since it may not completely match our fantasies. The best way to ensure that your fantasies are not getting in the way of real love is to throw your fantasies out the window. Going into a relationship with a preconceived notion of how it should be and how it should feel when you reach the level of being in love can cause the whole relationship to turn sour very quickly. Too many demands and expectations can often turn to resentment and even hate. If you endure this pattern over and over you may begin to believe that you will never find real love or that you may have had it at one time and let it go. If you are in constant scrutiny of your relationships you may not even recognize real love when it does come.
A better way is to just relax. Have you ever heard someone say that they found their true love at the very moment that they stopped looking? This is because they relaxed. They started to believe that real love would indeed find them someday if they remained patient. This is what you must do in order to be ready to accept real love when it does come.
In order to establish that what you are feeling is real love you must first eliminate other emotions. Counterfeit love is a feeling that many women confuse with real love. Counterfeit love includes that conception that love is a feeling only and not a way of life. The confusion of beginning of relationship excitement, dependence on someone else and mere attraction is often confused with real love. Real love does not fluctuate. It is not dependent on whether or not you meet certain standards. You do not have to do anything special to receive real love. In that regard, your partner should not have to do anything in order to receive real love from you. It just is. It does not involve feelings of rejection for not meeting certain standards or goals. Real love is completely unconditional. It is felt completely from the heart. There is no reasoning and no explanation for it. If you believe that what you are feeling is real love then you can give yourself this simple test. Ask yourself if you would still love him even if he looked different, could never again perform sexually or had other major changes to his appearance or ability to do things for you. If your answer is yes then congratulations are in order. You now know what it feels to experience real love. It’s a wonderful feeling isn’t it? Enjoy it - you deserve it.

love thoughts

The beginning of love, is to let those we love be perfectly themselves and not twist them with our own image -- otherwise, we love only the reflection of ourselves we find in them? The happiest people don't necessarily have the best of every-thing...they just make the most out of everything that comes their way.

The best kind of friend is the one you can sit on a porch with, never saying a word and then walk away, feeling like that was the best conversation you've had.

Don't go for looks -- it can deceive.

Don't go for money -- even wealth fades away.

Go for someone who makes you smile, because only a smile makes a dark day seem bright. Happiness lies for those who cry, those who hurt, those who have searched and those who have tried. For only they can appreciate the importance of the people who have touched their lives.

Love is when you take away the feeling, the passion and the romance... and you find out you still care for that person. Love comes to those who still hope even though they've been disappointed, those who still believe, even though they have been betrayed and those who still love even though they've been hurt before. Maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people, before meeting the right one, so that when we finally meet the right person, we should know how to be grateful for that gift. It hurts to love someone and not be loved in return. But, what is the most painful is to love someone and never find the courage to let the person know how you feel. The brightest future will always be based on a forgotten past ... you can't go on in life until you let go of your past failures and heartaches.

Giving someone all your love is never an assurance that they'll love you back! Don't expect love in return, just wait for it to grow in Their hearts. But, if it doesn't, be content it grew in yours. There are things that you would love to hear, but you never hear it from the person you want to. Don't be deaf to hear it from the person who says it with their heart.

When you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smiling. Live your life so that when you die, you are smiling and everyone around you is crying.

When one door of happiness closes, another opens. But often we look so long at the closed door, that we don't see the one which has just been opened for us.

Always put yourself in the other's shoes. If you feel that it hurts you, it probably hurts the other person, too. A sad thing about life is when you meet someone who means a lot to you ... only to find out in the end, that it was never meant to be and you just have to let go.
It takes a minute to have a crush on someone ... an hour to like someone...a day to love someone...but it takes a lifetime to forget someone.

Love starts with a smile, develops with a kiss and ends with a tear.

I Love you Not

Boy: Baby, we need to talk.
Girl: Ricardo, what do u mean?
Boy: Something has come up...
Girl: What? What's wrong? Is it bad?
Boy: I don't want to hurt you, baby.
Girl: *Thinks* Oh my God, I hope he doesnt break up with me... I love him so much.
Boy: Baby, are you there??
Girl: Yeah, I'm here. What is so important??
Boy: I'm not sure if I should say it..
Girl: Well, you already brought it up, so please just tell me.
Boy: I'm leaving...
Girl: Baby, what are u talking about?? I don't want you to leave me, I love you.
Boy: Not like that, I mean I'm moving far away.
Girl: Why? All of your famliy lives over here.
Boy: Well, my father is sending me away to a boarding school far away.
Girl: I can't believe this.
[FATHER: (Picks up the other phone, interrupts & yells furiously
ERICA!, what did I tell you about talking to boys?!!!... Get off the
damn phone!! (And hangs up).]

Boy: Wow, your father sounds really mad.
Girl: You know how he gets, but anyways, I dont want you to go.
Boy: Would you run away with me?
Girl: Baby, you know I would, I would do anything for you, but I can't... You don't know what would happen if I did. My dad would kill me!
Boy: *Sad* It's okay.. I understand, I guess..
Girl: *Thinking*I can't believe what's going on.
Boy: I need to give you something tonite, because I am leaving on
flight 1-80 in the morning, so I need to see you now.
Girl: Okay, I will sneak out & meet you at the park.
Boy: Okay, I'll meet you there in 20 minutes.
[They meet at a nearby park, they both hug eachother. And he gives
her a note.]
Boy: Here you go, this is for you. I gotta go.
Girl: *Tear* (Begins to cry.)
Boy: Baby, dont cry, you know I love you... But I have to go.
Girl: Okay (Begins to walk away.)
[They both go back home. And Erica begins to read the letter he gave her]
It says...
"Erica,

You probably already know that I'm leaving, I knew this would be better if I wrote a letter explaining the truth about how much I care about you. The truth is, is that I never loved you, I hated you so much, you are my bitch and dont you ever forget that. I never cared about you, and never wanted to talk to you, and be around you. You really have no clue how much I hate you. Now that I'm leaving I thought you should know that I hate you, bitch. You never did the
right thing, and you were never there. I didnt think I could hate someone as much as I hate you. And I never want to see you, for the rest of my life, I will never miss kissing you like before, I never want to cuddle up, how we used to. I will not miss you and that's a promise. You never had my love, and I want you to remember that. Bitch, you keep this letter because this may be the last thing you have from me. Fuck, I hate you so much. I will not talk to you soon bitch... Goodbye.
- Ricardo"
[ Erica begins to cry, she throws the paper in tha garbage & crys for hours ]
... A day passes, she is sad, depressed and she feels so lonely... Then she gets a phone call....
Friend: How are you feeling?
Girl: I just cant believe this happened.. I thought he loved me.
Friend: Oh, about that. Ricardo left me a message. A few days ago. He told me to tell you to look in your jacket pocket or something...
Girl: Umm.. okay.
(She finds a piece of paper in the jacket)
It says:
"Baby I hope you find this before you read my letter. I knew your dad might read it, so I switched a few words...
Hate = Love
Never = Always
Bitch = Baby
Will not= will
I hope you didn't take that seriously because I love you with all my heart, and it was so hard to let you go thats why I wanted you to run away with me... - Ricardo
Girl: Oh my God! It's a letter.. Ricardo does love me!!, he must of slipped it into my pocket when he hugged me. I can't believe how stupid I am!!

Friend: lol Okay but I g2g... Call me later.
Girl: *happy*okay, bye, I'll be at home waiting for my baby to call me!
... Erica turns the T.V. on......
[Breaking news] "An airplane has crashed. Over 47 young boys died, we are still searching for survivors... This is a tragedy we will never forget, this plane was flight 1-80... it was on its way to an all boys boarding school..." the Reporter says.
[ She turns off the t.v. ... 3 days later, she kills herself, because of the fact that Ricardo was dead & she had nothing to live for... ]
... A day after that the phone rings. Nobody answers. It was Ricardo, he called to leave a message. "Its Ricardo, I guess you're not home so, I called to let you know that I'm alive, I missed my flight because I had to see you one last time. So, I hope your not worried. I am staying for good

Love Lesson

If you find yourself in love with someone who does not love you, be gentle with yourself. There is nothing wrong with you. Love just didn't choose to rest in the other person’s heart. If you find someone else in love with you and you don't love him/her, feel honored that love came and called at your door, but gently refuse the gift you cannot return. Do not take advantage, do not cause pain. How you deal with love is how you deal with you, and all our hearts feel the same pains and joys, even if our lives and ways are different. If you fall in love with another, and he/she falls in love with you, and then love chooses to leave, do not try to reclaim it or to assess blame, let it go. There is a reason and there is a meaning. You will know in time. Remember that you don't choose love. Love chooses you. All you can really do is accept it for all its mystery when it comes into your life. Feel the way it fills you to overflowing, then reach out and give it away. Give it back to the person who brought it alive in you. Give it to others who deem it poor in spirit. Give it to the world around you in anyway you can. There is where many lovers go wrong. Having been so long without love, they understand love only as a need. They see their hearts as empty places that will be filled by love, and they begin to look at love as something that flows to them rather than from them. The first blush of new love is filled to overflowing, but as their love cools, they revert to seeing their love as need. They cease to be someone who generates love and instead become someone who seeks love. They forget that the secret of love is that it is a gift, and that it can be made to grow only by giving it away. Remember this, and keep it to your heart. Love has its own time, its own seasons, and its own reason for coming and going. You cannot bribe it or coerce it, or reason it into saying. You can only embrace it when it arrives and give it away when it comes to you. But if it chooses to leave from your heart or from the heart of your lover, there is nothing you can do and there is nothing you should do. Love always has been and always will be a mystery. Be glad that it came to live for a moment in your life.

love does fade

I guess, love does fade. That sometimes the heart does get tired of longing, of hoping. That sometimes you just have to accept the fact that somethings can neverbe and that you should be contented with the things as they are. Leaving is a choice. Staying is a choice. But you can never really ask someone to stay or leave. It's a choice they have to make for themselves. And sometimes no matter how much you as someone to stay or how hard you try to make someone leave, you really have no control over what they will choose.
