Fear



Fear is a vital response to physical and emotional danger—if we couldn't feel it, we couldn't protect ourselves from legitimate threats. But often we fear situations that are in no way life-or-death, and thus hang back for no good reason. Traumas or bad experiences can trigger a fear response within us that is hard to quell. Yet exposing ourselves to our personal demons is the best way to move past them.

Do you have any fear?I think everyone has it's own fear and  you are the only one can solve this by overcoming and conquering it
Overcoming fear doesn’t happen instantly or automatically. It is the result of deliberate intention, and conscious action towards doing things that scares you. As a result of overcoming your fears, you grow as a person, and expand the possibilities that surround your life.

While I think overcoming fear is a learned skill, I also believe that sometimes it takes time. If you find yourself rushing, take it easy.

You will be able to get rid of your fear when the time is right. Trust your heart and always do what resonates with you.
